Let me share a little about my journey and how it’s shaped the work I do today.
In my early 20s, I was a mother of three, trying to navigate life while figuring out who I was beyond the roles I had stepped into. I had spent so much time caring for others that I lost sight of myself. My journey wasn’t just about self-improvement, it was about coming home to myself. I had to learn to embrace self-love, to accept every part of me, and to see that true beauty isn’t about how we look, it’s about how we feel within.
Life has brought its fair share of challenges. I’ve walked through childhood trauma, an abusive and controlling relationship, a painful divorce, and the complexities of finding love again. I know what it’s like to feel lost, to doubt myself, and to wonder if I was enough. But I also know the power of healing, resilience, and choosing to rise again. Every experience deepened my understanding of self-worth, forgiveness, and the beauty in vulnerability. These lessons became the foundation of my work, helping women see their own strength and embrace themselves fully.
For over 20 years, I’ve helped women feel confident in their own skin.
My journey began as an image consultant, guiding women through body shape, colour analysis, and creating a wardrobe that truly reflects who they are. But I felt a deeper calling, one that led me into the world of spirituality. I immersed myself in reiki, psychic development, tarot, and colour therapy, and five years ago, I fully embraced my abilities as a psychic medium. This spiritual path opened doors I never imagined, allowing me to support women through energy healing, intuitive guidance, and self-discovery.
