July 13 | Connecting with the physical self
The first of three evenings we’ll explore your connection with your physical self. The first hour we be a sharing circle lead by Gerlinda and Amy and informed by our experience working with women. We’ll be discussing what it takes to live fully embodied in your physical self, embracing its strengths and vulnerabilities, and the challenges of being human in this physical world. The second half of the evening we’ll take you on a guided visualisation meditation aimed to help you heal, love and grow your connection with yourself.
August 17 | Connecting with the spiritual self
The second evening in August we’ll explore your connection with your spiritual self. The first hour will be a sharing circle lead by Gerlinda and Amy and informed by our experience. We’ll discuss our concepts of spirituality, sharing Gerlinda's experience as a medium with a beautiful gift for channelling those who have passed over, and sharing Amy's experience as a spiritual healer. The second half of the evening we’ll take you on a guided visualisation meditation aimed to help you connect with your higher self.
September 14 | Sharing your true self with others
The third evening in September will explore your connection with others and sharing your true self. The first hour will be a sharing circle lead by Gerlinda and Amy and informed by our experience working with women. We’ll be discussing what it takes to balance self and others, what it means to live an authentic life, and what it takes to shine and share your true self with others in your life, living a life of love. The second half of the evening we’ll take you on a guided visualisation meditation exploring what it feels and looks like for you to share your true self with those you love.

These evenings lead in to our Women's Retreat, "Free to Be Me", at Sanctuary Retreat in Mission Beach from Friday the 28th - Monday 31st October. You do not need to be doing the retreat to attend, but if you book on the retreat, you get to come to the evenings for free.

Gerlinda Stella is a Psychic Medium, Reiki healer, intuitive counsellor, meditation teacher and personal stylist.
